ABOUT ME, professionally

Prior to my shift into freelance copywriting, I spent a decade working on a wide variety of in-house digital marketing teams in tech, publishing, and the arts, which means I approach each project with both empathy and experience.

The skills I learned from my time at Carnegie Mellon University and Point Park University have come in handy every day with my copywriting work. These degrees in arts management have turned out to be invaluable when combining creative copy with effective marketing strategies, as well as applying character study techniques to developing brand voices.

ABOUT ME, personally

These days, you’ll find my plant-filled home office in the heart of Brooklyn. Prior to 2020, I would have said that I love to spend my free time checking out as many restaurants and cultural institutions as I can… but these days, I’m very content with virtual game nights, cooking, and gardening.

My spectacularly terrible personal assistants are my cats, Willie Nelson and Linda Ronstadt. Creative ideas by them are included at no additional charge.
